Line/Stroke Stabilizer

Adam Blade 2 jaar geleden • bijgewerkt door Fhil andrei De leon gisteren op 01:08 14 17 dubbele

It would make sense to add a future line stabler, due to the fact that it's nearly impossible to get the perfect lineart on small screens AND it would make a lot of projects look a hell of a lot better. If not a stabler, maybe a smoother similar to the one in flash?

We are also planning to include a feature for all brushes to smooth out drawn paths. We are still in the development phase but it will be added in the near future.

Does any animation app have this? I've never heard of it. Unless you're talking about the AfterEffects tool used to stabilize shaky film footage.

Is it about the feature that straight the line and modify the curve ?

Personally I hate those, it completely changes your line.

Then FlipaClip could have an option to turn it off or on. Also the stabilizer should have different levels.

And no Shane, this is used in some art programs such as Paint Tool SAI.

Ah yes I see now. I just looked it up. Yes its exactly what Lazy Nezumi Pro is (except LNP is more advanced). I didn't know SAI had this too. I agree, it could be a very nice feature especially for shaky hand folk like me.

Please give a little more detail. It's very unclear what you are requesting. Are you thinking something similar to Lazy Nezumi Pro? https://lazynezumi.com/

Hey Adam Blade! As a matter of fact, we do have that. If you want to make a perfectly straight line, select the ruler icon on the top right of your screen with the other editing icons. Move the axis of the line tool anywhere you want the straight line and draw away.

Agreed, my finger gets in the way of where I'm drawing,

You mean like a stroke smoother that a lot of apps have, smooths out any slight wobbles as you draw?.I believe Sketchbook has this called Predictive Stroke which smooths out after rather than while you draw.Realtime smoothing would be better I think though.

The reply above ,I think that is a different issue and a different fix,a cursor offset is what you’d need for this also some apps have.Basically places the drawing point above or below and left or right of your finger so your finger is not hiding what you draw.

Jona, when will this feature be added?

The "Medibang Paint" for android have that features called "Correction".. this helped artist to write/draw stroke smoothly even without any access to have/to use Stylus..

The "Cloverpaint" have also this features called "Hand-shake Correction/Stabilizer", thats why I love to use this app because even my phone screen is small, I can do great arts..just like a professional apps. And I hope FLIPACLIP will have this Features because there are so many user there with small screen..
