I had bought the features a month back on my Chromebook, I didn't change devices or switch to a different account. Suddenly, the features were revoked or something, I only noticed after an ad popped up on my screen. I tried to go to the in-app purchase store to see if it was a monthly thing or if I had to restore my previous purchase, but the store wasn't working.
It gave me a message on the screen reading "Oops! In-app purchases not available at this moment! e-1029"
