Invalid password error, when purchasing premium on Kindle Fire

mgsspaz 8 months ago updated by Dusan Kolic 8 months ago 5

Hi. I'm trying to purchase the Premium features in FlipaClip with a Kindle Fire, using the correct account ID, password and credit card settings, but when I click Continue, it says "Invalid Password".

I read the FAQ on this site and checked the ID and it is correct.

I hope all is well and you're still in business! :)

Hey, could you please provide us a screenshot of the error message? Be sure not to show your credit card details in the screenshot :)

Thanks,

Dusan

Thanks for the quick reply :)

It says, "Invalid Password" when I enter the correct Amazon password [according to the account settings on the Kindle Fire]. InvalidPassword.jpg

"Not Available" & "Connection Error" I think these are just from entering and exiting the app. ConnectionFailure.jpg

Thanks for providing screenshots :)

Please check if your In-App purchasing is turned off. If it is, try turning it on: https://www.amazon.com/gp/help/customer/display.html?nodeId=201357730

Also, check if your parental control is turned on:

Take a look at this post about your Amazon app store connection error: https://www.amazonforum.com/forums/devices/kindle-legacy-forums/418864-store-connection-failure

Let me know if that helps :)

I tried all your suggestions. No luck.

I tried buying in-app in a different app [Tetris] and it says, "invalid password" so the problem must be me. Sorry. Thanks for trying to help! I'll try to install FlipaClip on a different device.

No problem, if I can be of any help, just let me know :)

Regards,
Dusan
