Hi,

Please make sure that you have granted FlipaClip permission to access your storage.
Check this Google Support post that should help you out: https://support.google.com/googleplay/answer/6270602?hl=en

If you still have the issue after that let me know :)

Best,

I have the same problem, but when I want to add a video

Restart your device, that did help for me!

Another solution --> allow the app to in the general settings to use the photos in your album

Did you check your phone/tablet settings if you allowed the FlipaClip app to use your images?

Try restarting the app a few times, look up if you have the newest version of the app :)
It's very vague help but the first 2 times it didn't work on my iPad either, it just failed to load any images, but then it worked (it seemed to have just needed time to load in the images properly, but I don't know for sure)
