Hi Nicholas,

Are you trying to backup project to a file or make a movie?

Sorry, I should have been more clear in my initial post. I cannot share/backup my projects on either my iPhone or new iPad both using 1.3.11.  I start my projects on my iPhone then transfer them to my iPad to finish.

Interestingly enough my old iPad Air 2 is using an older version and this function works perfectly.

I have also paid for all the premium functions.

I cannot find the Debug or Bug Report in my app. The selections I have for Settings are Follow, Learn, Premium, General, Draw, Accounts and About. I’ve check through these and cannot find debug.

Thanks for the explanation, Nicholas :)
What exactly happens when you click on a "Share project" button? Is there any error message you are getting?

The little loading screen pops up for a second and dissapears. No other windows come up after that.

Hey Nicholas, does it happen with one particular project or any project you try?

Best,
Dusan

What I do for exporting is I click on the 'create movie' tab. That exports you animation into an mp4 (or any other file, the defult is mp4 though). Then if I want to share my animation to another electronic(like sending an animation from an adroid to a laptop), I download this app on my phone called onedrive. I create an account which allows me to send pictures and any files to any of my devices as long as I have the one drive program and that I am logged into my account.

Hi Ella,

Does this happen on a certain project or any project you try to backup?

Also, what is the device that you are using, what iOS version is it running and what is the app version?

Thanks,

Dusan

Hello Dusan,

This is happening to every project I have, none of them are backing up. I am using an iPhone 7 with IOS 12.2 and Flipaclip version 1.3.11.

Thank you for your time,

Ella

Hey Ella/Nicholas,

We are aware of this issue now and are working on it. Thank you very much for your patience.

I also having the same problem and at the wrong time I’m in the middle of a collab 😱

The system version is iOS 12.2

By the way, the stylus fluency really needs improvement, the using experience is worse than other apps like Sketchbook.

Same here trying to send a project to someone and it won’t send. App is all up to date

I have the same issue recently after the update six days ago. It happens on all of my projects. Thanks for working on fixing it!

I have the same problem!  Do you have an eta for when this will be fixed??  I urgently need to transfer my projects.

I don't have any ETA at this moment but I am sure we will have fix for this anytime soon.
