You can transfer your projects by backing them up. Here is a post about how to backup projects. You will need to backup each individual project.

If you long-press on a project in Project View, you'll see a cloud icon on the top right of the screen. Clicking this will bring up the options to export your project. Exported projects can then be imported into FlipaClip on other Android. devices

Hey thanks for your idea. At the moment you can get around this issue by doing two things.

1. Clone a project and start working on the cloned version.

2. Backup your project to file.

Both these options are available by long pressing any project on the home page.

I just wondered if this works across devices . I found the picture files, and copied to a replacement device, but the layer names and image numbers then don't match, so are not recognised on the new device . Any way around this?

many thanks

You should use the project export option. This will allow you to open the project on another device with no issues.

Hi there. I finished a project but how do I save it to my camera roll?

A little late... but you need to build the movie and it will be automatically added to your camera roll in Android. If you are in iOS you will need to build it and share it and add it to the camera roll.

In the project window, click on the three dots icon on a project to bring up the options. Click on 'Backup project' and choose a location to save to. The backed up project can then be imported into FlipaClip on another device.

you hold on the preview Thumbnail and there should be options press ↑button that should backup the project for later use

Planned

Hi, that is a great idea and we currently have plans for that in the future. As of now we have a limited amount of resources but we are trying to get there.

Hey, I realized there was a FlipaClip account option, and I got it, so that I could work on my projects via phone when I couldn't use my tablet, only to figure out my projects weren't there. Is there some way I don't know about to do that, without transferring my stuff through drive and messing up all my layers?

Hi,

Currently, only option to back up your projects or transfer them to another device is to use a manual backup option as described in the post above.

Currently, we are thinking about cloud/account backup option and that is something that we will probably have in the future.
