Hi, I have a premium account. I deleted and re-downloaded the app, and now I cannot retrieve my account. I tried several times, and then hit “forgot password” to reset my password. I was sent the email to reset my password, but it still cannot find my account. I did this twice, each time setting a new password. I’ve paid for one year, and expect some help with this. I really love FlipaClip, and would like my purchase and account restored. Please help! Thank you.
