Every time my mom tries to buy premium, she puts in the password but it says it's incorrect. She changed the password but it still didn't work.
I was just wondering what video format & settings work correctly with FlipaClip's "Add video" option because pretty much every time I try adding a video to my project I encounter problems. Depending on the file type either the import fails, Flipaclip can't read the file or the import is successful but only the first few frames of the video get added, sometimes just the first frame is all that is added.
Hey, great question! We currently support mp4 video files.
Since the redesign, while using landscape orientation on my phone (why would I use it any other way with a tiny screen?) The Lass tools (after selecting something with it) are in the way & I can't move them. The only work-arounds I know are to zoom out or go back to vertical screen orientation.
Some ideas would be to make them movable, maybe lay out the icons horizontally and by default place them in that big unused space on the top left.
Certain things make the work area feel a lot smaller than it used to be for me as a phone user.
