Whenever two similar colors are put right next to each other, and ypu try to use the bucket tool on one side, the both colors become the color that you paint bucket'ed (?). Its pretty annoying, can you please fix this? Sorry if my description of it is terrible.
Hello! I currently have a first gen iPad Mini which runs on IOS 9, however, this app runs on IOS 10 or higher. Since I cannot update my iPad to IOS 10, I cannot download this app, which I wish to do. I would like to ask you guys to please add support for IOS 9, and I hope to be using FlipaClip soon. Cheers!
You are still doing a great job with flipaclip.
Here my suggestion:
Could you pls add an option to modify the onion skin color?
Or make the previous frames in green and following ones in red?
Would be great.
As everyone might already know. This is available on version 2!
I can do everything else but open my drawings an animations!! 😭😭 Please! Please help!!!
Hey guys! The latest release version 1.1.2 should have resolved this issue. Please let me know if it now works for you or not. Thanks!
A feature I use a lot when drawing in Autodesk Sketchbook is the screen rotate gesture. That is, the ability to rotate the canvas when using the two finger zoom getsture. The canvas can be rotated to any angle but will easily snap back to the original angle and will return to the original angle when Zoom 100% is clicked.
I really miss this when drawing in FlipaClip. I know it's possible just to rotate the tablet, but really this interupts the drawing flow far too much to be practical, especially as I often draw using a laptop stand to make my tablet more like a traditional drawing board.
If you look at images of traditional animation disks, you'll see that the ability to easily rotate the drawing has always been important in hand drawn animation, so I think this feature would be perfect for Flipaclip.
Oops, this has only taken 3 years to be implemented! :P So FlipaClip for iOS has this already available along with the option to turn it OFF under settings. In the coming weeks FlipaClip for Android will receive this feature too.
So we been working on a new design for the app that will enable us to easily add more options for the canvas.
The reason we haven't added this feature yet is mainly due to limitations on mobile devices CPU/MEM. Making a canvas have more pixels means more CPU required to process each of those pixels thus making the app work slower. So as we improve the app and devices get faster we will add a larger canvas size support. Also, the app design has prevented us from adding this feature.
Great app ! One suggestion. It would be nice to be able to export each frame in jpeg format in the same number of pixels as the animation. Right now you can do gif but it is very small.
Thanks again !
